So good to be back!

It is great to be back in Springfield! I can talk on the phone again (no service on the cruise ship), hang out with Ashley, talk to Katie whenever I want, and spend a Friday night with friends playing cards!! Vacation is great, but I pretty much feel like I'm on vacation every day. Retirement is fantastic!!! Katie and Brian will be up next weekend and the family is going to a Springfield Cardinals game--can't wait! Ash starts school this week, and I think it's the first time she is really excited and truly confident. She bought her first-day-of-school outfit--the final touch. That outfit is a must and has been since kindergarten!
