Mick had a conference in San Diego, but we managed to find time for fun. We were able to see the bay from our hotel window. There were amazing scenes of sailboats, fishing boats, and even our cruise ship coming into the bay. I went with Barb to the San Diego Zoo. That was so neat! We saw the new baby tigers (had only been on display for a couple of days) and every other kind of animal imaginable. Mick and Bob got to see the Torrey Pines golf course (the women went along, too). We even found time to see a Padres game--nice stadium.
